The present invention relates to a device for measuring the instantaneous angular position of a rotating part. It also relates to an electrodynamic machine equipped with such a device. The invention is characterised in particular in that a reading member (1) comprises at least one sensor (20, 22) intended to produce a detection signal when the indication (9) passes close to the said sensor, and in that each sensor consists of a casing comprising a reference face, and being slid into the respective housings (82, 83) of a support (21). <IMAGE>
