POLE-TYPE MANEQUIN SUPPORT AND THEREFORE METHOD

This is a new support for standing the pole type mannequin. The support is composed of 35-45 wt.% polyester resin, 15-5 wt.% talc, 40-49 wt.% sands, and 10-1 wt.% pigments. The manufacturing method comprises: (A) mixing polyester resin, talc, sands, and pigment; (B) spreading the releasing agent as wax to the molds; (C) after 30 sec - 5 min, spreading the urethane based coating; (D) molding after 1-10 min; and (E) releasing after 10-30 min and cooling in the water at 5-25 deg.C.
