The prefabricated ceiling structure employs frame members of extruded synthetic resin or metallic reinforcing and plate members of synthetic resin for use in wet places such as bathrooms. The ceiling structure comprises a corrosion-resistant structure (6) fixed in the wall of the ceiling; a corrosion-resistant support structure (2); a male type support structure (3); a structure (1) latticedly arranged and supported by the corrosion-resistant structure (6); a corrosion-resistant ceiling plate (10) layed over the latticed structure (1); a ceiling edge plate (11).
