The flat plate displaying apparatus is characterized in that (A) bell-type liquid crystals (25a-27a) of colors R, G and B in the solidified polymer (24) are formed into liquid crystal cells (25- 27) separated according to each color, (B) liquid crystal cells (25-27) are separated by the partitioning screen (23), and (C) liquid crystal cells are placed between the substrates (22a,22b) of both sides on which ITO electrodes (21a,21b) are formed. The liquid crystal cells (25-27) are arrayed in the order of colors R, G and B in a matrix form.
