PURPOSE:To provide a method of manufacturing cheap shoes with synthetic resin-made string that does not decrease flexibility and elasticity, is excellent in strength and can be mass--produced. CONSTITUTION:After charging a sol-like soft synthetic resin 2 in a mold 2 the synthetic resin is heated to form a gelled layer 3. A superfluous sol-like soft synthetic resin 2 in the mold 1 is discharged. Then after the mold 1 is heated with a heating furnace 4, the mold 1 is cooled with water 5 and gelled synthetic resin is taken out to form the shoes configuration 6. Later a toe leather part 8 on the rear in the neighborhood of the base of the front leather part 7 of the shoe configuration 6 is cut 8a from the wear port 9 in the direction of the toe to form a tongue piece 10. Then through the front leather 7 a hole 11 for passing a string is drilled to complete shoes 13 with synthetic resin-made string by passing a shoes string 12. |
