PURPOSE:To gradually damp a pump load, to prevent seizure of a pump and stall, to prevent giving damage to a sealing member unlike a conventional case, and to apply to a motor power auxiliary device having a rotary valve and so on. CONSTITUTION:A discharge oil is guided to the bottom side of a vane storing groove 3a by a vane pressure oil route P, and the pressure force for pressing a vane 4 to the cam surface of a cam ring 2 is obtained. A pressure power adjuster Q for damping pressure power by closing the vane pressure oil route P as required, is provided. |
