SHEET OR FILM MOLDED FROM RESIN COMPOSITE

PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet or a film, excellent in moldability and molded from a resin composite having sufficient mechanical properties in a short production process. CONSTITUTION:A sheet or a film is molded from a resin composite prepared by compounding (A) a thermoplastic resin with (B) a polyurethane resin in the presence of (C) a dispersing agent. The weight ratio (A/B) of the components (A) to (B) in the resin composite is (1/99) to (40/60). The amount of the component (C) is 1-40wt.% based on the total weight of the components (A) and (B).
