<p>This is a new liquid phase deinking agent which can be used for laser printing waste paper and newspapers. The manufacturing of deinking agent comprises: (A) dissolving 1 kg rosin and 1 kg oleic acid in 10 kg tetrachloroethylene; (B) adding 300 g maleic acid anhydride and 500 g water; (C) stirring for 1 Hr at 120 deg.C under pressure; (D) cooling at room temp.; and (E) adding tetrachloroethylene and making the volume 200 kg. This deinking agent does not contain detergents and can be used at room temp. Also equipment cost and electric consumption can be reduced.</p> |
