PURPOSE:To provide a liquid composition for applying to the joint part of a can of an aerosol product and drying to seal the joint, free from corrosion of the metal constituting the can, easily applicable to the joint part, keeping high sealability and strength even after drying and enabling the use of LPG as a substitute for fluorocarbon gas as a propellant without lowering the sealing performance. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by using a low-saturation NBR or a carboxylated NBR as an elastomer and adding a swell-regulating agent having a swelling property compensating the volume decrease of the elastomer. The amount of the elastomer is 10-30wt.% based on the sum of the elastomer and the additive and that of the swell-regulating agent is 5-50wt.% based on the elastomer. |
