PURPOSE:To obtain the subject cell strain capable of imparting infinite proliferability to fish leukocyte having intrinsic difficulty to perform subculture by introducing a cancer gene into a leukocyte separated from the peripheral blood of fish. CONSTITUTION:The objective cell strain is produced by introducing a cancer gene into a leukocyte separated from the peripheral blood of a fish such as sea bream. A cell strain having infinite proliferability can be produced by the subculture of the cell strain.
