<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a component of shoes sole with a desired size and elasticity at a low cost by adding an appropriate amount of emulsion into the fragmented component of shoes sole made of natural rubber and synthetic resin, followed by forming it in the mold under the conditions of a specific pressure and temperature. CONSTITUTION:Cut chips and broken chips produced while making natural or synthetic rubber, or foamed molds or solids such as synthetic resin are formed into fragments of a predetermined size with a diameter of 10mum to 2mum with a grinding machine. Then to combine one or more kind of fragments, EVA emulsion having a 20 to 70 % of solids is deposited on the external surface of the fragments. After drying combined fragments, a predetermined amount of the fragments is placed in a recess in the form of the component of shoes sole, which is covered with a lid and pressed at a pressure of 100 to 180kg/cm<2> and heated at 100 to 170 deg.C. Later the component is cooled to less than 20 deg.C and the mold is taken out. Thus a component free from expansion and deformation is formed.</p> |
