<p>PURPOSE:To provide a paper feeding device wherein a contained roll sheet is smoothly fed through manual insertion by positioning and guiding to a position in the given direction of width without a fear of the contained roll sheet being damaged, in a manual insertion sheet feeding device using a roll sheet containing case wherein a sheet is rolled to form a roll sheet for the manual insertion sheet feed of a long cut sheet. CONSTITUTION:Side guides 29 and 30 moved to a position corresponding to the width of a fed long cut paper sheet and can be held in the position are provided in the lower case 24 of a cylindrical roll paper containing case comprising an upper case and a lower case 24, which are pivotally mounted to each other and openable. Resilient members 33 and 34 are arranged to the surfaces, positioned facing each other, of the side guides 29 and 30. The edges of the roll sheet are lightly repulsively pressed and by applying a proper brake, winding curl is straightened and sheets are smoothly fed.</p> |
