<p>PURPOSE:To energize a pinch roller toward a drive roller, simplify mounting and uniformize a nip pressure by disposing a support member, having a resilient member, between a support member for a bracket served to support the shaft of a roller member and the shaft of a pinch roller. CONSTITUTION:A drive roller device 5 and a pinch roller device are arranged facing each other in a paper conveyance passage 1. In this case, in the drive roller 5, a number of roller members are disposed to a drive shaft and a single drive shaft is arranged throughout the whole of the width of the paper conveyance passage 1. Meanwhile, the pinch roller device is formed such that a plurality of pinch roller units 10 where roller members 11 are disposed on a shaft 12 are axially arranged to the drive roller devices 5. Support members 15 and 15a to which resilient members are respectively attached are arranged between a support member 14 for a bracket 13 for supporting the two end parts of the shaft 12 and the shaft 12 of a pinch roller. By utilizing the resilient force of the support members 15 and 15a, the pinch roller unit 10 is energized toward the drive roller device 5.</p> |
