PURPOSE:To prevent the stickness and the deposition of non-metallic inclusions by setting the composition composed of the specific composition of zirconia clinker, graphite and silicon carbide to the inner hole surface layer part contacting with molten steel. CONSTITUTION:In the inner hole surface layer contacting with the molten steel in an immersion nozzle composed of alumina-graphite composition 2, the composition 1 is arranged. This, composition is constituted of 65-80wt% the zirconia clinker containing 13-35%. calcia, 0.5-15% magnesia and 0-5% silica and 10-35wt% the total, of the graphite and the silicon carbide. Further, at least one kind of compound containing Ba or Li is added to this composition. By this composition, in the case of setting to a sliding plate brick, etc., remarkably good effect can be displayed. |
