PURPOSE:To obtain the subject sanitary product having diverse flavors in one piece without scattering down an ingredient material in eating and sticking the ingredient material to a packaging film by sandwiching specific platy formed ingredient materials of a specified construction between pieces of cooked rice. CONSTITUTION:A rice ball sandwich is obtained by forming and solidifying different kinds of ingredient materials (2a) and (2b) into a platy shape with a food paste (2c) and sandwiching the ingredient materials between pieces 1 and 1 of cooked rice formed into the shape of the rice ball. The platy formed ingredient materials are obtained by preparing two pieces of platy formed ingredient materials respectively having a shape and a size nearly half those of the pieces 1 of the cooked rice and 5mm thickness from the different kinds of ingredient materials (2a) and (2b), e.g. UME (plum) flesh and dried bonito shavings and then butting and joining both. Pullulan, etc., are preferred as the food paste. |
