PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing noodles in which the pH of the noodles can instantaneously and visually be discriminated. CONSTITUTION:A method for producing noodles is characterized by using an edible coloring matter capable of discoloring within a range of about >=5 value of pH is added together with a usually used yellow coloring matter in a process for producing the noodles. Thereby, the pH of the noodles can visually be discriminated. |
