PURPOSE:To enable arbitrary change of stapling angle of staple needle and suppress a pull-out amount of bundle of sheet material to the minimum extent so as to achieve high productivity by providing a staple means around its stapling position rotatably and changing a mounting angle of the staple means to the bundle of sheet material. CONSTITUTION:A stapler 40 is fixed on a stapler support base 41, and the stapler support base 41 is provided on the top face of a base plate 42 around a turn support shaft 43 rotatably. Since a mounting angle can be changed when the stapler 20 is turned around the turn support shaft 43 manually or by drive of motor, it is possible to perform straight stapling or oblique stapling arbitrarily when a stock needle 49 is stapled.
