IC STOCKER, IC TAKE-OUT POSITIONING DEVICE, AND IC SUPPLY SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To obviate a jig for conveyance, stock, and positioning depending on a type of IC in an IC with a lead frame. CONSTITUTION:ICs which are accumulated and put in a cassette 4 are inserted and held in the center of a cassette space 35. A travel base 9 is driven by a servo motor 21 and moves. A push member 67 of an IC push device 60 pushes up an IC in the cassette 4 from the bottom by thickness of one IC unit. A side-shifting device 70 arranged in the upper section of the cassette space 35 performs centering of the IC in the direction of width and length to position it.
