摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To execute an automatic plate thickness control having high accuracy by correcting a control gain value with the variating direction of an output amplitude in a feedback automatic plate thickness control system for a rolling mill when the average amplitude value of a plate thickness deviation at the outlet side is not in a prescribed dead zone value. CONSTITUTION:At the time of rolling a rolled stock 1, the rolling material 1 is supplied from an inlet side reel 2, and after rolling with rolling rolls 4, this rolled stock 1 is wound with an outlet side reel 3. Then, a plate thickness deviation DELTA at the inlet side measured with an inlet side plate thickness meter 5 is inputted in a computing element 12. In the computing element 12, the plate thickness deviation DELTAH at the inlet side is fetched, and the constants (m) and M set with a value setter 13 and the control gain value A stored in the memory 16 are multiplied and divided with a first and a second computing elements 14, 15 to calculate a roll gap DELTAS, and this roll gap DELTAS is outputted to an output timing circuit 8. Then, this roll gap DELTAS is outputted to a hydraulic rolling reduction device 9 for rolling mill after delaying time corresponding to traveling time of the rolled stock 1 through the output timing circuit 8 to execute the control, of rolling reduction rate for the rolling roll 4.</p>
