发明名称 METHOD OF PRODUCING SEMIPROCESSED PRODUCT COMPRISING TANTALUM AND NIOBIUM OR ALLOY BASED ON THESE METALS
摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a crateriform formed member by a single stage following below three stages and to reduce material loss by subjecting a Ta (alloy) or Nb (alloy) powder of a prescribed particle size to prescribed three stages of pressing, sintering, and cold rolling and forming a slat-like semifinished product. CONSTITUTION: A starting material composed of a Ta (alloy) or Nb (alloy) powder of <100μm particle size is cold rolled to 65-80% density based on theoretical density. Successively, the resultant green body is sintered in a vacuum sintering furnace at >=2000 deg.C under a pressure of <10<-4> mb by heat radiation. Then, the resultant sintered body is cold rolled in a closed hard metal matrix to a limit size slightly smaller than the size of the desired formed member.
