PRODUCTION OF HIGH DENSITY CARBONACEOUS MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a high density carbonaceous material at a high speed by making at atmospheric pressure a specific value or above in the producing method for the carbonaceous material by the thermochemical vapor deposition method. CONSTITUTION:In vapor depositing the carbonaceous material on a base material with the thermochemical vapor deposition device, a hydrocarbon gaseous starting material, single or with an inert gas, is used and the atmospheric pressure is >=1.2atm in absolute pressure. The inert gas is added to the gaseous starting material as a means to make the atmospheric pressure >=1.2. And the high density carbonaceous material is obtained at high speed even if the temp. is in a range of 1400-2200 deg.C.
