PURPOSE:To provide a high-quality color image having outstanding properties such as water-proofing, light fastness, resistance against ozone, clarity and mutual color scheming by ensuring that yellow ink is based on a chemical compound as shown by a specific formula as a dye and magenta and cyan inks contain a single pigment respectively which is selected from among specific pigments, in a color image recording process. CONSTITUTION:At least, ink colors such as yellow, magenta and cyan are donated to a recording medium material to form a color image. The yellow ink contains at least, one of chemical compounds as a dye which are shown by formula I (A is the binding of formulae I and II; X1, X2 are -SO3M, -COOM or a phenyl group and a naphtyl group which can be substituted with hydroxyl: R is a methyl group, n is 0 or 1, M is an alkali metal). In addition, the magenta ink contains at least, one pigment selected from among C. I. pigment-Red5, etc., and the cyan ink contains at least, one pigment selected from among C. I. pigment Blue 1, etc. |
