The ROM 51 stores a specified program in itself and the RAM 52 stores a reloadable program in itself, and the main computer 50 renews the learning program based on the signals from the position detecting sensor 18, etc., but the case where data change over the threshold set beforehand, the learning data are not changed. Therefore, highly reliable data can be maintained as much as possible, making it possible to perform the highly reliable learning control meeting the direction of drivers.</p>
