PURPOSE:To maintain accumulated learning data and change running property according to the change in running conditions by inhabiting the learning based on actual data in the case where the actual data showing the running state of a car exceed the threshold set based on the data determined by learning control. CONSTITUTION:A main computer unit 50 outputs control signals to each controller such as engine controller 3 based on the signals sent from a position detecting sensor 18, a driver identifying means 48, a ROM 51 and a RAM 52. The ROM 51 stores a specified program in itself and the RAM 52 stores a reloadable program in itself, and the main computer 50 renews the learning program based on the signals from the position detecting sensor 18, etc., but the case where data change over the threshold set beforehand, the learning data are not changed. Therefore, highly reliable data can be maintained as much as possible, making it possible to perform the highly reliable learning control meeting the direction of drivers.
