PURPOSE:To improve workability by a method wherein a clamp which is used during fusion of a plastic pipe and an electrofusion joint and grasp a plastic pipe on both sides of the joint is formed to facilitate setting of a crank angle according to a kind of a joint. CONSTITUTION:A bed 14 protruded from the one clamp part 12 is fixed to a disc-shaped coupling disc 13 and a bed 16 protruded from the other clamp part 12 is rotatably coupled to the central part of the coupling disc 13 by means of a hinge pin 15. Through-holes 17a-17c are formed at intervals of 45 deg. in the peripheral edge of the coupling disc 13 and a through-hole 18 is formed in the bed 16. Bolts are inserted through some of the through-holes 17a and 16c and the through-hole 18. By changing the through-hole in which the bolt is inserted, a clamp angle is changed to some of 90 deg., 135 deg., and 180 deg.. |
