PURPOSE:To obtain hybrid vesicle contents which are easy in pulverization and excellent in dynamic strength and capable of easily and densely controlling mutual diffusion of substances in the inner and outer phases. CONSTITUTION:A vesicle film Vf forming a hybrid vesicle HV is constituted of a film structure which is fixed and supported by a polymeric bimolecular film obtained by polymerizing a low molecular bimolecular film. Target substance (inner phase) 4 is dissolved in a solvent 5 and encapsulated in the inner phase of the hybrid vesicle HV. Target substance (outer phase) 6 is dissolved in the solvent 5 and incorporated in the outer phase of the vesicle HV. The hybrid vesicle contents constituted of the inner phase and the outer phase are introduced into a transparent vessel 7. A first light source 8 and a second light source 9 emitting a first light R1 and a second light R2 described below are arranged in the outside of the vessel 7. The first and second light R1, R2 respectively incorporate specified wavelength nu1, nu2 which isomerize photoisomerization substance associated in the low molecular bimolecular film. |
