There is provided an elastic surface wave device capable of improving characteristics. The elastic surface wave device includes: a substrate (1010); a plurality of terminals (1051 to 1055) arranged on the substrate (1010) and having at least an unbalanced terminal (1051) and two balanced terminals (1052, 1053); and at least one elastic surface wave element (1020, 1030) arranged between the unbalanced terminal (1051) and the two balanced terminals (1052, 1053) on the substrate (1010). Different signal lines (1048; 1041, 1042) connected to the same elastic surface wave element (1020) intersect each other via insulation films (1014, 1016).
