摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title composite material achieved in the protection of environment or the available utilization of resources by reutilizing synthetic resin waste. CONSTITUTION:5-70wt.% of mechanical ground matter (A) of synthetic resin- containing scrap, 15-85wt.% of a polypropylene powder (B) with an MFR of 150-500g/10min and 5-70wt.% of a discontinuous reinforcing fiber (C) (the sum of components A, B, C: 100wt.%) are formed into a mat form by a wet or dry dispersion method or heated under pressure to be molded into a sheet form to obtain a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composite material reutilizing synthetic resin-containing scrap.
