PURPOSE:To analyze the shape after corrosion accurately without destruction by photographing the shape of steel material after corrosion at two kinds of angles, and reconstituting the obtained image in the three-dimensional shape by an image processing method. CONSTITUTION:A sample 1 is set at a position A and a position B and photographed with a camera 2. The two photographs picked up with the camera 2 are read with, e.g. an image reading device 3 in order to convert the photographs into the digital data. The displacement amount of an arbitrary point on one image is obtained on the image of the other image in a digital computer 4 or an image processing device having the computing function based on the digital data. The result is combined with the slant angles, at which two images are photographed, and the height of the substance is measured. In this way, the three-dimensional shape of a steel structure after the corrosion can be analyzed without destruction, and the configuration of the corrosion can be accurately measured. |
