PURPOSE:To produce an inorg. powder composition for easily releasing the inorg. powder compact of intricate shape from a mold and to produce an inorg. powder sintered compact using the composition. CONSTITUTION:This inorg. powder composition contains a shape memory polymer such as a block copolymer contg. the inorg. powder of nickel, aluminum, etc., and the polymer segment A having 100 deg.C glass transition temp. and polymer segment B having 31 deg.C glass transition temp. in 30/70 weight ratio. The composition is injection-molded at 160 deg.C, the molded article of the composition is cooled in the metallic mold, then released from the mold at 50 deg.C and held in the hot water at 50 deg.C. The molded article is dewaxed at 320 deg.C and sintered at 1330 deg.C. |
