The spine extending device comprises the extending frame (1) combined with column means (13) to arm supporter (11) in a height from ground supporter (12), a thoracic band (21) fixed at arm supporter (11) for supporting a thorax of body, a lumbar band (22) fixed at the lower part of thoracic band (21), a spine extending mechanism (2) by load-displacement unit (25) at the lower part of band (22). The thoracic band (21) has connecting ropes with tension and is connected integrally with the column (13) by supporting means including combining means. The upper frame of extending frame (1) has leg supporting mechanism (26) fixed integrally or separatable at the frame.
