The present device for the normalisation of dysfunctions to the Central Nervous System is based on the fact that we have the capability of producing differences in intensity and frequency of magnetic fields that are transmitted from the measured points of the brain or other points of the body with the biomagnometer with the administration of only melatonin or amino-acid TAURINE or amino-acid TRYPTOPHAN as well as the combination of those with the application of external interchangeable magnetic fields for the normalisation of various neuropsychiatric disorders.
