<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the decoloring method and decoloring device which can extremely improve the decoloring speed of the toner image formed on a sheet body. CONSTITUTION:Recording paper 6 formed with a toner image by a toner which can be photochemically decolored is heated to at least a temp. above the glass transition temp. TG of the binder resin of the toner, more preferably above the softening point of the binder resin and below the thermal decomposition temp. of the components of the toner. The toner in a rubber elastic state or molten state is physically deformed by kneading, agitating, pressing, etc., in parallel with or after the heating and is irradiated with near IR rays.</p> |
