PURPOSE:To collectively allocate the apreciation amount of fixed assets to plural sections based upon previously determined rates to be charged without executing manual calculation. CONSTITUTION:A file information updating part 3 forms a section rate master allowing sections charged with depreciation amount to correspond to rates to be charged in each fixed asset based upon data inputted from a keyboard 2 and stores the formed master in a section rate master storing part 4. A fixed assets master correspondingly setting up the depreciation amount of each asset for a year and the asset code and fixed asset name of the fixed asset is stored in a fixed assets master storing part 5. An allocation calculation operating part 6 is started to read out contents stored in the storing part 4, the yearly depreciation amount of each fixed asset code in the section rate master is extracted by referring to the fixed assets master, the depreciation amount is distributed to respective sections based upon said rates to be charged in each month and the allocated result is stored in a depreciation storing file storing part 7, and a document output part 8 is started to output the stored result to the external. |
