PURPOSE:To permit an appropriate control such as a local privacy control or an end/end privacy control to be made when a cordless slave equipment provided with a privacy function makes connection withtout taking into account a communication opponent, as to a privacy control system in a multi-zone type system cordless telephone equipment whose switchboard is connected with a connection devices provided corresponding to plural zones and whose respective connection devices perform radio communication with the slave equipment provided with the privacy function within the zones. CONSTITUTION:A connection device 4, when it receives a privacy display signal from a slave equipment 1 after connecting with the opponent, makes a local privacy control to the slave equipment 1 and a privacy request means 6 transmits a privacy control signal to a switchboard 9. Receiving the privacy control signal, the switchboard 9 identifies whether or not the connection opponent is a cordless equipment by means of an opponent identification means 10 and transmits the privacy control signal to the connection devices 4 and 13 of both the slave equipments only when the opponent is the cordless equipment. The connection devices 4 and 13, when they receives the control signal, drives an end/end drives control means 8. |
