摘要 PURPOSE:To perform a detection with high sensitivity by detecting a voltage, phase, etc., at specified positions in a transmission line, distribution factor circuit, etc., utilizing the change of a stationary wave, traveling wave, etc., caused from the change of permeability due to the magnetic field to be detected of a magnetic material which is provided in various kinds of distribution factor circuits. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic material 2, the permeability of which is changed in accordance with the change of an impressed magnetic field, is arranged in a magnetic field generating position of a circuit inside of the distribution factor circuit 1 wherein an electromagnetic wave is excited. That is, the position of the magnetic material 2 is set so as to be in the magnetic field generating part when the distribution factor circuit 1 is excited by an oscillator 3. Then, the magnetic field to be detected is applied directly or indirectly to the magnetic material 2, and the change of electromagnetic field distribution in the distribution factor circuit 1 caused from the change of permeability of the magnetic material 2 is detected, thereby the detection of magnetic field to be detected is performed.
