PURPOSE:To omit earth wiring, to reduce the number of parts, to make structure easy, and to attain increase in producibility and reduction in cost by forming the attaching member of a destaticizing brush, a spring member, and a part of a covering member, with a conductive member, and connecting the destaticizing brush to an earth. CONSTITUTION:The attaching member 37, a fixed spring 38, an opening/closing part 12a, and a part of a housing main body 12A, are formed with the conductive member, and the housing main body 12A is connected to a ground. Therefore, when the opening/closing part 12a is closed, its fixing hook 39 is engaged with an engaging part 12C, and the opening/closing part 12a is fixed, the other end 38b of the fixed spring 38 fixed on the opening/closing part 12a is abutted on the attaching member 37, and the destaticizing brush 36 supported by the attaching member 37 is connected to the earth via the attaching member 37, the fixed spring 38, the opening/closing part 12a, and the housing main body 12A. Consequently, the charge of the rear surface 20a of a photosensitive belt 20 is discharged to the earth via the destaticizing brush 36, the attaching member 37, the fixed spring 38, the opening/closing part 12a, and the housing main body 12A, and destaticized. |
