The invention relates to a valve for a pneumatic cushion, particularly a cushion capable of being inserted into a sports shoe. Valve for inflating and/or deflating a pneumatic cushion, such as a cushion capable of being inserted into a sports shoe, made up of a body (10) and of two identical shut-off members (11a, 11b) inserted so that they are axially aligned into the body. The shut-off members are actuated in opposite directions during the inflation operation and in the same direction, interacting with each other, during the operation of removing air from the cushion. The valve has a simple and economic construction given that it is entirely made of plastic and made up of a minimal number of components. Applications: shoes (footwear). <IMAGE>
