<p>PURPOSE:To provide the process for production of the toner for developing an electrostatic charge image in an electrophotographic method, electrostatic recording method and electrostatic printing method. CONSTITUTION:The process for production of the electrostatic charge image developing toner consists in adding and incorporating a resin-like material 1 having 9.0 to 15.0(cal/cm<3>)<1/2> solubility parameter and the glass transition temp. (Tg) higher than the Tg of a resin obtd. by polymerizing a polymerizable mononer into a polymerizable monomer mixture and subjecting the mixture to a suspension polymn. at the time of obtaining the electrostatic charge image developing toner by polymerizing the polymerizable monomer mixture contg. coloring agents and a charge control agent by a suspension polymn. method. Consequently, the toner which not only enables the compatibility of low-temp. fixability and preservable stability being infeasible heretofore, but also features the good flow property and sharp grain size distribution being the advantages of the conventional suspension polymn. is obtd.</p> |
