PURPOSE:To provide the document display method which reduces the extent of movement of the sight of a user and that of a mouse pointer at the time of displaying just preceding and succeeding documents by providing a document contents display area and display instruction objects of document just before and after the document, which is already displayed in this area, in the same window. CONSTITUTION:The window consisting of a document list display area 5 and a document display instruction object 2 and the window consisting of a document contents display area, a display instruction object 3 of the document just before the document already displayed in the area 6, and a display instruction object 4 of the document just after the document already displayed in the area 6 are provided independently of each other. Thus, plural documents in the document list display area 5 are simultaneously displayed, and display of documents just before and after the document displayed in the document contents display area 6 is easily instructed as the operation in the same window as the document display area 6. |
