A translation key 2 executes operation for outputting the contents of a Japanese translation. A translated word storage circuit 12 stores the Japanese translated words of English words. A translated word display control circuit 11 inputs a Japanese translated word based upon an output signal from the key 2. An example sentence key 3 executes operation for outputting an example sentence or the like. An example sentence storage circuit 14 stores an example sentence. An example sentence display control circuit 13 inputs an example sentence or the like based upon an output signal from the key 3. A display element 9 inputs an output signal from a display driving circuit 8 and displays English words, Japanese translated words, example sentences, and so on. |
