摘要 PURPOSE: To execute high performance bidirectional operation addressing by a simple circuit using a drain line and a transistor (TR) per pixel by selectively setting up address potential on a beam. CONSTITUTION: A substrate 901 includes an address circuit based on CMOS technology. A negative bias electrode 51 is biased to -15V and a positive bias electrode 52 is set up to +20V. When a beam 10 is addressed to 0V by an FET, the beam 10 is inclined to the electrode 52 and a positive landing angle +θL is obtained. When the beam 10 is addressed to 5V, the beam 10 is inclined to the electrode 51 and a negative landing angle -θL is obtained. In order to prevent the generation of discharge between the beam 10 and the electrode when the beam 10 is landed, oxide pads 53, 54 are arranged on the heads of the electrodes 51, 52. At the time of a positive landing angle, light from a light source is reflected and controlled so as to obtain a luminescent point on a screen. All deformable mirror devices are similarly controlled to execute video projection.
