LASER OSCILLATION MIRROR AND LASER OSCILLATOR APPARATUS

摘要

PURPOSE:To simplify the arrangement of a laser light path and ensure a cooling property and high output power by performing input and output of the laser light and application of pumping light from the front surface of a laser disk. CONSTITUTION:A laser disk 1 is so constructed that laser light X is emitted by the application of pumping light Y, and a laser oscillation mirror M is constructed with a cooling unit 2 containing therein liquid metal 2a which is brought into close contact with the back surface of the laser disk and hereby performing cooling of the laser disk and reflection of the laser light. A looped path for laser light is constructed with a plurality of laser oscillator mirrors and partial reflection mirrors, and a laser oscillator apparatus is constructed by irradiation of the same from a separated location.
