PURPOSE:To enable instantaneous sticking of the label by applying a specific org. solvent or an adhesive contg. this solvent on the label formed by printing on a copolymerized polyester film and continuously wrapping the prepd. label around the body part of a container. CONSTITUTION:The label formed by printing on the copolymerized polyester which is stretched at least uniaxially is taken up in the form of a roll and while the roll is let off, at least one kind of the org. solvents selected from a group consisting of tetrahydrofuran, dioxane, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, cyclohexanone, methylene chloride, chloroform, trichloroethylene, trichloroethane, benzene, toluene and ethyl acetate or the adhesive contg. such org. solvents as the solvent is applied on the surface of the label and the label is continuously stuck around the entire periphery of the container. The polyester film may be a single layer structural body consisting of the copolymerized polyester layer or a multilayered structural body laminated with the copolymerized polyester as a front surface layer. |
