The device makes it possible to fix an anchoring handle (5) to a movable technical enclosure made up of panels comprising thin outer (8) and inner (12) metal sheets separated by a plastic in the form of foam (11). The handle (5) is secured to an outer metal sheet (7) which is applied against the outer metal sheet (8) of the enclosure, the said metal sheet (7) bearing, on its face opposite the handle (5), a rigid projection (9), the top (9a) of which is spaced away from the said face by a distance essentially corresponding to the thickness of the wall of the enclosure, this projection (9) being engaged in an opening (10) of complementary shape made in the said wall and being fixed to a metal sheet (13) which is applied against the inner metal sheet (12) of the enclosure. Use in lightweight movable technical enclosures without reinforcing frame. <IMAGE>
