PURPOSE:To sharpy shorten the working time of document processing work and to accurately execute a series of document processing. CONSTITUTION:Information inputted from a keyboard 2 is sent to a document processing key setting device 4 through an electronic document control device 3. In the device 4, an input parameter checking device 10 judges received information and a key setting determining device 14 determines the received information. Namely a series of document processing work is set up in a key and the document processing work set up in the key is corrected, deleted or moved. When a user depresses the key on which the document processing work is set up, control is transferred to a key depression document processing executing device 16 through the device 3 and a series of document processing work set up in the depressed key is executed. |
