<p>PURPOSE:To exactly quickly measure the time required for each work executing with regard to replacement and repair of parts of a vehicle without generating a time lag. CONSTITUTION:The necessary time measuring method for a work for replacement and repair of parts of a vehicle consists of a process for encoding each work required for a work start and at least replacement and repair of parts of the vehicle into a bar-code, a process for reading the bar-code corresponding to the work start by a bar-code reader in which a clock is contained when a worker starts the work, a process for reading the corresponding bar-code by the reader whenever the worker finishes each work, and a process for calculating the time required for each work from the data read by the reader. The reader used in this method stores the bar-code together with the read time. The time required for each work is measured by a difference of the end time.</p> |
