Head of endoprosthesis is made of internal and external spheres; two planes truncate internal sphere. Damping unit is disposed between those planes. Damping unit is made in form of cavity with diverter valves for natural intraarticular liquid. ^ EFFECT: elimination of microscopic mobility of endoprosthesis in its bone bed; elimination of development of aseptic instability of endoprosthesis. ^ 2 dwg
