The water proof paper container is manufactured by heat-melt pressing the hot-melt adhesive (2) on the surface of the outside thick paper tube (1); making paper tube (3) by drawing many of the thick papers (1); and press-coating the heat-melting synthetic resin (4) on the outer surface of the hot-melt adhesive (2) when transfering the paper tube (3). In the process, after the tube (5) coated with the heat-melting synthetic resin (4) is introduced in the cooler to cool only the resin (4), the tube (5) is introduced in the heat oven to stabilize the resin (4); the tube (5) is introduced to a humidifier to humidify the paper tube (3) in the state of satd. humidity; and the tube (5) is cut to obtain the container(A).
