The invention concerns a packed-bed filter for, in particular, flue gases, the filter having a support grid (2) located inside a housing (1) and a renewable packed bed (3) on the support grid (2). The bed (3) is of a pre-determined thickness and is made of granular material which binds pollutants. The bed lies between a purified-gas space (4) above it and a crude-gas space (5) below it. The filter also has a feed device (6), a conveyor (7) and a distribution device (8) which runs parallel to the support grid (2) on the upper side of the packed bed. The invention calls for at least one perforated floor (10) to be located in the housing (1) between the distribution device (8) and the upper side (9) of the packed bed (3).
