<p>For a joint filler consisting of gypsum, an elastic vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer, pressure-resistant hollow microbeads of silicate glass, cellulose fibres, fillers and auxiliaries such as adhesion promoters, water-retention agents, consistency regulators and setting-time regulators for filling joints in gypsum board panels without reinforcing strips, the point of the invention is a tailor-made combination of plastic, CaSO4 hemihydrate and fibres. As a result, the strength and elasticity of the filled, hardened joints without reinforcing strips change only insignificantly as compared to the jointing with reinforcing strips according to the prior art.</p> |
